As already stated it is always good to rule out anything medical.

With my older female grey Alice what I notice is we go out once to potty I do have a fenced yard - and the first time she sort of potties but does not empty her bladder. Then I take her out again 15 - 20 minutes later and she will potty again. if she does not get the go out two times system we have had a couple instances of potty accidents. Sometimes the excitement of the first time going out either first thing in the am or when I get home from work - the first trip out to potty ends up being part fun or lack of taking care of business.

Hope your greybaby is doing better soon. Washing beds and floors is not fun.

I agree with that-- because after we go for a long walk and she has peed many times, she still pees in the yard. And this might be our issue right now-- who knows? We do not have a fence right now (will by winter time). This is the first time that she has to pee on a leash so maybe she is not getting it all out? Maybe we need to hang out in the yard where she pees more. Libby also goes quite a bit when she goes out for a walk, but I always have to take her into the back yard and urge her to go some more....it seems like they always hold some back. You might try that approach??? Well unfortunately it has started again. I have been keeping a log of when it happens and it seems to be in the evening only and about 20 minutes after we have taken her out to pee (and she does pee). I am waiting on another Urinaylsis to come back to see if there is any bacteria.
